You need a flatbed scanner capable of scanning at 600 DPI or higher. Most standard home or office flatbed scanners meet this requirement. Simply scan your completed FD-258 FBI fingerprint card and upload the image to NFASync.
The easiest way is to buy an inkless fingerprint pad from Amazon or National Gun Trusts and roll your own prints at home onto a standard FD-258 card. You can also get inked at many police departments, courthouses, or UPS stores. Once your card is complete, just scan it and upload to NFASync.
