Effective Date: February 12, 2026
TenScan LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the NFASync platform at NFASync.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services, including EFT file generation, gun trust creation, RPQ generation, eForm auto-fill, and NFA item management.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.
To generate EFT files, RPQs, and auto-fill ATF eForms, we collect biographical details you provide, including your full legal name, date of birth, place of birth, Social Security Number, address, citizenship, and other identifying information required by ATF and FBI forms. This information is stored securely and used solely to facilitate your NFA eForm submissions.
When you upload a scanned FD-258 fingerprint card, we process the image to generate an ATF & FBI compliant EFT (Electronic Fingerprint Transaction) file. Scanned fingerprint images and generated EFT files are stored securely in your account. You may delete your fingerprint data at any time from your dashboard.
If you create or manage a gun trust through NFASync, we collect information about the trust and its responsible persons, including names, addresses, and biographical details necessary for ATF eForm submissions. Trust documents are stored securely in your account.
We store information about NFA items you add to your inventory, including item type, manufacturer, model, serial number, form statuses, approval dates, and associated documents such as approved tax stamps and Form 4s/Form 1s.
Payment details (credit card numbers, billing address) are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
We automatically collect information about how you use NFASync, including pages visited, features used, device information, IP address, and browser type.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
We never share your fingerprint data, biographical information, trust documents, or NFA item details with other users or unauthorized third parties.

Given the sensitive nature of fingerprint and personal identification data, we take additional precautions to ensure this data is protected. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information, biographical data, fingerprint files, trust documents, and NFA item records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information, fingerprint data, and generated EFT files within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may also delete individual fingerprint scans, EFT files, or documents at any time from your dashboard.
